Q. How much is delivery?

A. Delivery is usually FREE for any orders over £30, to any UK mainland address.

Q. Do you deliver to non-mainland UK addresses?

A. Yes, delivery to non-mainland UK addresses is available at extra cost. Please e-mail us for a price.

Q. Do you deliver outside the UK?

A. We may be able to – please e-mail us for a price.

Q. Do you deliver on Saturdays?

A. Yes, Saturday morning deliveries are available at an additional cost of £15 per bike.

Q. Will someone need to be in to sign for the bike/bikes?

A. Yes, the delivery driver will need a signature for the goods.

Q. What if no one is available to sign for the goods?

A. The delivery driver will attempt to re-deliver the goods the next working day. A card may be left to inform you of this.

Q. What happens if there is still no one in after the second delivery attempt?

A. A card is usually left by the delivery driver to inform you that the goods have been taken back to your nearest depot for collection.

Q. Will I be informed prior to delivery of the estimated delivery date?

A. Yes, we will inform you by email of the estimated delivery date.

Q. Do I need to assemble my new bike?

A. All bicycles are between 75% and 95% built already, so only a minimal amount of time and effort is needed to complete the final assembly. A knowledge of bikes is required, and adjustments will need to be made.

Q. Do all your bikes come with a warranty?

A. Yes, all our bikes are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty of at least 1 year.
